Soo聽Mee聽Kim is a sociologist whose teaching and research experience spans across urban sociology, race and ethnicity, Asian American studies, culture, immigration, and qualitative methods.
Recently, she digitally curated聽Reading Sa-I-Gu聽(2022) for UCLA's Asian American Studies Center and is a co-editor of its sister book project聽Sa-I-Gu: Korean and Asian American Journalists Writing Truth to Power聽(2023).听She is also a co-editor for聽Koreatowns: Exploring the Economics, Politics, and Identities of Korean Spatial Formation聽(2020).听For more information聽on these and other publications, please visit her website:聽
